I have been where you are. After living with chronic pain for over 20 years, I understand how exhausting and isolating it can feel. Through Mindbody Medicine, I found a way to heal completely. I recovered without medication or surgery and have been pain-free (apart from the odd niggles here and there) for the last 17 years.

After you have completed any necessary medical tests to rule out serious conditions such as infections, tumours, or cancers, you are warmly invited to book a free 45-minute consultation. This no-obligation session is an opportunity to talk through your symptoms and experiences, explore how the Pain Free Programme may support your recovery, and ensure we are the right fit to work together. My aim is to help you gain clarity, renewed hope, and a clear sense of the next step forward on your healing journey.
Start Programme
Once you decide the Pain Free Programme is right for you, I will be delighted to support you on your healing journey. This is a three-month programme consisting of weekly one-hour sessions held online via Zoom. During our time together, you will not only find relief from persistent symptoms but also build emotional resilience, strengthen your mind-body connection, and develop empowering thought skills that create lasting change in your health, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
